"Nouvelle Tesla Model Y Juniper dévoilée avec de nouvelles améliorations de design à l'arrière, reflétant le restylage anticipé pour booster les ventes."

The new Tesla Model Y Juniper is revealed

The success of Tesla's SUV continues, and the brand is looking to boost sales with a highly anticipated facelift. Many enthusiasts are eagerly awaiting this model, avoiding the purchase of a model that could be quickly replaced.

Two New Photos of the New Tesla Model Y

Two new photos of a restyled Model Y prototype have been posted to Reddit, showing details under a tarp. One image reveals a light strip on the rear displaying the Tesla name, a first for this model, while another shows the interior with LEDs illuminating the door.

This unique light strip and interior lighting indicate that this Model Y "Juniper" could incorporate elements of the Model 3 Highland.

Expected Features

The upgrade could feature redesigned front and rear lights, a more aerodynamic design, an upgraded interior with premium materials, and an 8-inch screen for rear passengers. Additionally, an upgraded audio system and the controversial removal of switchgear are expected.

Availability in 2025?

The first prototypes of the Model 3 Highland have appeared on the roads six months before their commercial launch, suggesting that the new Model Y will not be available before 2025, in line with recent statements from Elon Musk.

While Model Y sales remain robust, Tesla faces increased competition, particularly from Chinese automakers like BYD and Xpeng. A facelift could help Tesla maintain its position as the global leader.

In addition to this facelift, Tesla could announce three new models, including a compact for Europe and a van, as well as updates on the highly anticipated Roadster 2.0.
